We are open from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday – Friday and from 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 on Saturdays.

Orders are filled with the best available stock. We do not send out a board we would not like to receive ourselves. Most people understand that the wood they receive will need additional sanding/planning etc.

If you get a board from us that you think is defective, please contact immediately us via email and include clear pictures of the defect. If we feel the product is defective, we will make it right with additional credit towards future purchases or free board replacement.
If for some reason you get a board that is in satisfactory condition but you just don’t like it for some reason, you can ship it back to us at your expense and we’ll ship you a new board for free.
We value our customers and will do all we can to keep you satisfied and coming back.
Shipping can really add to the price of a board. We have partnered with to better control costs.
Smaller lumber packs ship most reasonably via if a package is under 60″ in length and under 70 lbs.
Larger packs will ship freight.
We only ship to the lower 48 U.S.
