Orders are filled with the best available stock. We do not send out a
board we would not like to get ourselves. Most people understand that
the wood they receive will need additional sanding/planing etc.

If you get a board from us that you think is defective, please
immediately contact us via email and include clear digital pictures of
the defect. If we feel the product is defective, we will make it right
with additional credit towards future orders or free board replacement.
If for some reason you get a board that is in satisfactory condition
but you just don’t like it for some reason, you can ship it back to us
at your expense and we’ll ship you a new board for free.
